I have 3 triggers and it looks like there are little nips on each one of their fin... the fins towards the back on top and bottom. Two have small nips on the top fin and one has small nips on the bottom fin. There are no white spots or anything and my True Percula Clown is fine along with my Scooter Blenny. I don't think it's ick. Could these guys be picking on each other?

I would say the tension in that tank is starting to mount . 55 gallons is not enough room for those fish IMO.I believe you will continue to have this problem and it will get worse as the fish get bigger.
