Anyone keeping a clown and a trigger together?

Hi guys,
I have 2 false percs in my tank right now and would love to get one of the reef-safe triggers. Saw a blue chin trigger, about 2.5 - 3 inches right now in quarantine at the LFS. Does anyone have experience housing the two together? I have heard the more aggressive triggers may eat the clowns! My clowns are about 1 -1.5 inches right now.... Thanks for the help.

Hi Jamie, I think you will be fine. I had an Odonus Niger in with my 2 ocellaris clowns for several years!

Maybe I had an aggressive trigger (a picasso), but I had one that ate everything in the tank except the rock! Although I have heard of other people with milder triggers.

Just tell your wife that having a tank teaches you all sorts of new DIY skills...which will save lots of money around the house...so you can buy more stuff for your tank...so you can learn more skills...
