Feeding Hawkfish

I recently aquired a flame hawkfish and was curious as to what everyone else feeds their hawkfish. He eats the flakes that I feed to the clowns but I dont think he is getting his fill on them and he wont eat any of the raw shrimp from the store that I feed to the anemone and he has a hard time eating brine shrimp as well. Any help would be great.

Most any small meaty food should be good: mysis shrimp, Pacifica plankton, and SweetWater zooplankton (daphnia). All are better alternatives to brine shrimp.

You dont want to feed your saltwater fish any freshwater feeder fish. They dont provide the same nutrients.

Everything in moderation... garlic isn't a marine algae, but it probably has some benefit for the fish... freshwater fish or even daphnia won't hurt on an occasional basis... just make sure the diet is varied and don't overdo any one food.
