what does everyone think about this

what does everyone think about this
46 gallon bowfront
30 pounds fiji live rock
2 percula clowns
2 bangi cardinals
1 yellow watchman goby
1 small chocolate chip star
1 cleaner shrimp
1 fire shrimp
assorted snails and hermit crabs


also does anyone have experiance with clown gobys? can you keep more than one? how about with the watchman goby?

Personally, I'd exchange the chocolate chip star and hermit crabs for 15 more pounds of live rock; otherwise, I think it sounds pretty darn good!

What is wrong with the chocolate chip star? I agree with the live rock idea and unsure about the hermits but I was unaware with any problems with the star. I know that they eat coral but since there is not going to be any that shouldnt be a problem. I had one a few years ago untill the filter ate him

ive got a yellow clown goby, and a yellow watchman gobie and they dont mess with each other, i am thinking of adding a green clown goby next, i also have a citron goby i didnt mention .. they are all doing good

They tend to get LARG up to 8-12 inches!

Not that I now of! Check out this years Marine Fish and Reef 2006 Annual issue. There is a good arttical on Chocolate chip Stars on page 30.

If you ever want any corals/mushrooms in there, get rid of the starfish... it will make a meal of corals.
