Question Slimy Stuff

There is some clear/whiteish slimy stuff in a couple of places on my base rock.
Anyone know what it might be???

How long has the base rock been in your tank?

Sorry....I am having trouble getting a good picture of this stuff.
The base rock has been in the tank for about 6 days.

The white slimy stuff is probably "die off". Some organisms (sponges especially) don't make the transfer from the ocean to your tank. They die, and start decomposing (the white slimy stuff). You can blow this stuff off the rock with a turkey baster or a power head. Anyway, it is a normal part of curing live rock.
