PJ Cardinal won't eat

I don't know if this guy has eggs or what but I have two newly aquired pjs. I got them two weeks ago and I think they were both eating fine. Recently I noticed the little one is not eating anymore. Not flakes, brine shrimp, mysis shrimp..nothing. But he was whe I took him home from the store. I guess he may have eggs but i am not sure. He looks ok but he tends to hang out towards the bottom of the tank away from the other fish, even the other pj. He is not totally in plae though , every now and then he may come up or move around. Food doesnt interest him at all. His eyes and skin look good. Water was descent and i changed 5 gallons today to see if it would help, but it didnt.

In the tank I have 2 clowns, 1 foxface, 1 serpent starfish, 1 emerald crab , and the two new pjs.
20 gallon tank Heat 76, sal .021 light on 6 am -6 pm

How can i get him to eat?

For one, get rid of teh foxface. It is far too large for a 20 gallon tank. The two clownfish and two cardinalfish is more than enough fish for that size aquarium.

As to getting it to eat, other than offering it a variety of foods to entice it, that is not much else you can try. Some people believe soaking their food in garlic helps to stimulate appetite. Vitamins, in particualr B12, are also good appetite stimulants. But, if it is holding eggs, it won't eat. You should be able to see the tissue in the lower jaw slightly distended, if it is carrying eggs.
