Chromis problem

I slowly figuring out that I can't keep Chromis for some reason. I have a 150gal FWLR so far it will be reef some as I get things figured out. I've bought a total of 11 Chromis I'm down to 3. I had a problem with them being weak at first, the would swim next to the trap and get sucked to it, and they were too weak to get away, lost 2-3 that way. Fixed that problem, I added a large pre-filter sponge. No more stuck fish. So now I was looking at the tank last night. One of them now has a white lump on his bottom lip looks like wound but what ever could that be ? In this tank I have 4 pep. shrip, 2 skunk cleaner shrimp, 1 Algie Blenny, and 1 Royal Gramma Basslet, and a bunch of hermit carbs and snails. Everything else is doing wonderful. I just can't figure out the Chromis, levels so far are Am:0 Nitrite:2 Nitrate:15- any advise ?

It might be Lymphocystis.
