Unhappy I need advice on my new Blue linkia starfish, something vert wrong..

Hi, just to catch up, I have a 75 gallon tank, which is pretty new, and was switched over from a new 29 gallon started on 1/1/06. I had terrible new tank syndrome in my 29 gallon, now 75 gallon seems to be doing well.

I have 2 very small Percula clownfish, 1 small Regal Tang, 1 Midas Blenny, 1 brand new Foxface Rabbitfish, and 1 tiny Royal Gramma.

As for inverts, I have 1 orange linkia starfish, 1 sand star, 1 Skunk shrimp, and a blood shrimp, and some tiny hermit crabs and snail for clean up crew.

Now, I need to know if there is something I can do for this new starfish. I just got it 2 days ago, and I never knew you had to acclimate them. So, I dont know if that did it or not, but I am worried that it will hurt my tank. Someone on another forum like this one told me that it was a bacterial thing, and I needed to remove it from my tank immediately, is this true ? What caused this to happen? What can I do? I have a picture, but dont see on here where to upload from.

BY the way, I never mentioned what was wrong with it, it has white areas on the legs, and it looks like it was cut or something, It's not moving.

I Would say that your tank is to new to have the starfish in it. When did you set up the 75G? Do you feed it? Have you tested the water?
