powder blue tang not feeding

I have a 90 gallon tank with three hawaiian yellow tang , one bi color angel, one powder blue tang and a pair of ocellaris clown fish.
I put the yellow tangs n powder blue tang together two days ago but every fish is eating except powder blue .
he comes out at feeding time from hiding and goes after the food but spits it out ..doesnt seem to like anythign i offer him .. i have tried live bryn shrimps, mysis shrimps, algae food.
are the powderblue tangs difficult to keep in aquarium ? anyone has any suggestions on what or how i can feed him ?

I added a powder a month ago and the first day he didn't seem to know what the food was, by the second day he had figuired it out. I feed mine algae attached to a clip he loves it. Try soaking your food in garlic. When i put my percula's in that is how i got them to eat.

just a note : I put red algae in my tank and powderblue loves it .. he and other fish eat it like crazy all day. ..
