New Trigger tank

I have set up a 120 salt tank. I put my 3 Niger Triggers in it, but one was excommuicated by the others, and I had to put him back into my 30 gallon salt tank. I want to buy a few more Nigers, an Eel, and a Lionfish for the tank. My main concern is for the Triggers. I do not want them to be killed by the Lionfish, or by the Eel. My Triggers are 2-3". The Lionfish that I want are 4-6". The Eel could possibly be 12". Is there anybody reading this who has experience with fish like these? I do not want my Triggers to be eaten.
Also, what do Lionfish eat, and what do Eels eat? May I feed them frozen Mysis, or Spirulina flake food?

Actually there is more of a choice of the trigger fish killing the lion. Lionfish will only eat fish that can fit in the mouth. They won't bother fish that won't fit in there mouth. Trigger fish like to pick on fish. Since the lionfish has long fins, the trigger fish will put on much stress on it and possible kill it. What type of eel are you putting in it? Lionfish and the eel won't eat those foods. They should be fed: Squid, Silversides, Canivorous foods.
