Angry Miniatus Grouper with Parasites

My miniatus grouper is scratching a lot, I noticed something this weekend. He has tiny pinholes in the head. They appear to be black. Not a lot of them, may be 6.

He has been scrathing for wahile now, but I cannot use copper since I have sharks and eels in the same tank. I used life bearer for Leeches and lice, but it does not look like it worked too well.

I can take him out and put him in copper but how do I treat the whole tank?

The horn shark started scrathing too, but I cannot see anything on him.

Any suggestions.

I have no experience with any of these fish, but maybe I can suggest some of the basics. (Most of which you probably already know, but they have to be said.)

What are your water parameters?

Have you made any recent changes to the tank--new additions, water changes, equipment failures?

Do you use a grounding probe?

Are the holes something like what an isopod might do?

Have you tried observing them in the dark to see if something is coming out to harrass them?

Just some thoughts...

The water parameters are fine. The Nitrates are high, becuse the fish eat so much, but tolarable.

I have a grounding probe and lots of water movement and a 40 watt UV.

This one is even troubling the Shedd Aquarium in Chicago. I thought it was flukes, but after treating the tank with Life Bearer, there was no change. I will try copper with the Grouper this weekend, but what about the whole tank.

This is one is tricky.
