In my tank I discovered long, but skinny pink centiped looking creatures. They mostly stay under the live rock, but will come out when I feed my other fish and anemone shrimp. Does anyone know what these are? I want to say they are average 3-5 inches long, pink, with little tiny legs...

Bristleworms. They are great scavengers but don't ever touch them with your bare hand....you'll be sorry.
