Hi im from Puerto Rico and have been thinking on doing my own Sump, but have one question. What is the diference between Miracle mud and Life Substrate? which should i use for my sump for a 75g tank?

WELCOME !
When I was at the Nuremberg show (InterZoo 2006) I saw a product there called Red Sea Flora Base Substrate. It was referred to sometimes as Red Sea Flora Life Substrate. I don't know if that is the one you are posting about. The Life Substrate is used in freshwater systems and will control pH in the just below but near 7.0 pH. Its plant nutrients serve freshwater plants. The Miracle Mud is used in a marine refugium.
