My 100g tank
Hey there guys I got alot of info from here so now I thought I would tell ya guys about my tank now. Its a 100g tank with a coralife 220 skimmer, but heres the thing I will get some stuff about having. Filter wise im running 2 emperor 400s. I know I know, but every store around here tells me not to get a cannister and that the 2 emperors will be just fine. Ok heres the fish 2 green chromis, 1 cowfish longhorn, 1 scooter blenny, 1 firefish, 2 percula clownfish, 1 horseshoe crab, 1 coral beauty angel, 1 cleaner shrimp. We also have the cleaner crew and around 100lbs of live fiji rock. Thats my tank for now. Tell me what you guys think. I would love to hear some feedback. Thanks

I was using those filters as well for about a whole year in my reef tanks and some of my corals like greent star polyps and xenia and some colt coral were dying off., well i guess for fish only like yourself you are set, but if you are going reef, in the long run its no good.
if you want to go Hang on back stuff i would get hang on back refugiums, it was one of the best moves ever, as well as removing my hang on back filters, i got tired of buying filter cartridges. |
