If the fish isn't bleeding, just standby and watch for any signs of infection.
In the meantime, provide the best nutrition you can and include in the feeding immune boosters according to this post: Fish Immune Boosters Provided with proper nutrition and some extra help, the marine fish is pretty good at healing itself. A bleeding marine fish is, in essence, dehydrating through an open wound and probably would be dead by the time you read this (from your original post date).
