lee I have noticed some white insects moving on the wall of my display tank I think this insects coming from the life rocks cause it happend after adding some live rocks.
I dont know what are they ,they are white very small I can only recognize two part of its body one is opaque white and the other half is transparent white.
they are in large numbers in the dark and when I switch on the light I can see them moving fast on the wall of the tank then some of them look like to die or throw themself to the ground of the tank, the others still walking on the wall and some dont move .
what are they?

I moved your post into a new thread in a different Forum.

Generally, live rock comes with a diversity of micro lifeforms. The small crustaceans (or, insect-like creatures) are most likely a copepod of some sort. We call them 'pods' for short, and include in that group their larger cousins, the arthropods. You may want to look through the Internet for information on such creatures.

They are useful in feeding fishes and for eating a variety of wastes, bacteria, and micro algae in the home aquarium. They are good to have. When the tank is ready for fishes, the fish will eat them up and you may not see too many of them around after that! Enjoy them and learn about them in the meantime.

thats why they increased recently in the display tank because I removed all my fishs to the hospital tank .(I am planing to reset my display aquarim on an advanced basis)
I ll go and have more readings about these pods.
I can see on my live rocks a small anemones , and I read in another thread an advise to remove the small anemones from the live rocks(the thread was in the fish only aquarim) is it ok if I keep this anemones or remove it?

Like most answers in this hobby, the answer to your question is, It depends.

If you are going to keep a Fish Only with Live Rock aquarium system, their presence doesn't make much difference, since they will not be competing with corals and anemones you might want to cultivate.

Then, there is a chance they are Aiptasia sp.. These anemone-like creatures are a nuisance to most reef aquarists. But, only to the reef aquarists. In the FOWLR aquarium, one or two (or more) Butterflyfishes will keep them in check. In our FOWLR aquarium, we don't have to worry about fishes that are 'reef safe.' We can have fishes that eat polyps, corals, and anemones. We can also keep snails, nudibranchs, and shrimp that eat polyps (and some do).

I have many Aiptasia growing in my refugium which I feed to my quarantine fishes that eat polyps. They are a good food source for fishes and shrimp that eat polyps. BUT, if your FOWLR aquarium will not contain any polyp eating fishes, AND if the anemone-like creatures you see are in fact Aiptasia, then you will want to remove them. They will spread quickly and live very well in our aquariums. They seem to like the polluted water the most!

Like I mentioned above, I have them in my refugium, but not a single one can be found in my FOWLR aquariums because the fish eat any they can find.

Try to identify what it is you are seeing. If you search the Internet for "Aiptasia" you'll find some photos of these anemone-like creatures to compare to what you see in your tank.

Then based upon the above information and your aquarium goals, you can decide to leave them alone or to try and get rid of them.
