Resolutions for 2008

What 2007 resolutions will you be making with regards to your saltwater aquarium?

Promise to do better with maintenance?

Promise to set up and start a quarantine procedure?

Make changes, additions, or fixes to the system?

Get more tanks!

Definitely more stringent qt. Absolutely nothing will go in the tank without a prior qt period. Which actually brings me to some questions that I have regarding qt of some "dependant" fish.
More tanks maybe. I want to keep so many different kinds of fish but they all don't get along AND some of them can't be kept in reefs...or they may eat each other.
Oh yeah, more QT tanks too. You never know when you will run into that fish you've been looking for for the longest time and I'll need somewhere to put him.

Sounds as if some are going to be off to a good start in 2007. How about you?

I'm here to help so when it comes time to strike out on those plans, be it a quarantine system or stocking, just post in the Forum

My resolution is to be a little more patient and takes things more slowly with my tanks. I am about to set up a 320 gallon tank in my office and in setting this tank up I am going to take everything very slowly and make sure that I take my time and do my best to ensure all the life I put in the tank has a happy and healthy life! With my existing tanks I am taking a step back and just watching them mature, I have learned so much in 2006 about keeping salt tanks and I have loved every minute of it

Well......I'm starting up a 90 gallon tank, so my resolution is to not make any major mistakes and to read a lot about something before I buy it. I really want my first salt tank to be a success.
