About to set up FOWLR.. Help !!!!!!

Hi, I am about to set up a FOWLR aquarium. I am a complete novice and I am reading different books on the subject. I will be taking delivery of my tank which is 60" x 24" x 24" next week. Am I right in saying this equates to about 125g in volume. I am really looking for any advice anyone can offer me on what equipment I now need prior to starting up the system. I will not rush to stock the aquarium and want to work hard on getting the water as near perfect as possible. I do get very confused with what size filters, pumps, powerheads etc. I should purchase (I was never any good at maths at school)and would appreciate any help and advice.......Thank you.

i know i prefer this to ulitimate reef, a lot more freindly and helpfull here.
