Just found out my tank is not 55 gallons its actually 30. I got it all filled up and have a question with the salinity. Would it be ok if the salinity is in the middle of 1.023 and 1.024? and what should the temp be? It says 75 in the tank.

It would be better if the specific gravity is in the middle of 1.025 and 1.026, or at least in the middle between 1.024 and 1.025.

and what should the temp be?

It should be at least 78F and less than 84F.

Thank you for your help. I have some pre-mixed saltwater from yesterday that was a bit to high in the tank. I added some of it and will check the salinity tomorrow. The temp is at a warm 81F.
