do you have a skimmer?
do you have a lot of surface movment from your power heads?
if you have eather of the above i would not use the venturi or air pump, you would get enough gas exchange from them.
Is using an air pump necessary in a fish only tank? right now Im using 2 maxi-jet powerheads with the venturi air hoses, however it produces a lot of micro-bubbles which makes the tank look hazy. would it be better to use a twin outlet air pump instead? or do I need to use either?

I'm using a skimmer, my powerheads are at either end of the tank pointing down to the center of the tank, so not so much suface movement from them. Should I change the direction of the flow, more towards the surface? (tank is a 75G).
na dont worry about it you have a skimmer and IMO thats all you need i would stop useing the air pump and venturis.
Ok then, sounds good. Im always concerned the fish are getting enough oxygen.
