what are the rules for trigger fish???

I'd like to own a Clown Trigger, but I already have a 5" Picasso Trigger.
Would I be ale to keep these two in a 150 gallon? What are the general experiences people have had with their clown trigger?

Re: what are the rules for trigger fish???

So, I just did a search here at reefland for clown trigger fishes... not much to go on. Someone did ask if he could keep a Humu-Humu trigger with a clown but there was no real answer...

I can say that my 5" Picasso will tear up jumbo frozen food like a blender, and forget about putting your hand in the tank before feeding time

I'm not keeping any coral, I have a bubble tip anemone in there now, but I'll bring it back to the lfs. I'd be interested to hear what anyone has to say about keeping these two triggers together... and possibly a puffer?

The Clown and Picasso Triggers are very similar in disposition. They have a very similar attitude. Most will end up fierce after being in captivity for a while. They would stand a greater chance for getting along if they were introduced to the aquarium at the same time.

At different times, it will depend upon the personality of each as to whether they will accept the presence of the other.
