watchman gobies

i have a pair of watchman gobies in my tank one is smaller than the other, but they stay right beside each other like they are mates. i did not mean for them to be this way. if they are mates how would i be able to tell the witch one is female and male. then how can i breed them if possible in a community FO tank.

not sur about the breding but for the most part the karger ine is the female
