Meiacanthus atrodorsalis compatible with Arothron diadematus

Would a Meiacanthus atrodorsalis be compatible with a Arothron diadematus, who I must say is the biggest pansy in the world and is even scared of two little black mollies?

I understand they bite if they feel very threatened. Is this venom deadly to the would-be predator? Or more like a bad bee sting that will deter it in the future? Arothron is 3.5" since I would assume size and weight matters.

Dispite its peaceful appearance, the Puffer is a predatory of small fishes. Eventually the Puffer, as it grows, will eat or try to eat the smaller fish. They are always hungry.
