hi
i just got a blue ring angel and i thing that one of his eyes is cloudy also its fins are not in best shape what do you recomend |

You don't say a lot of things. For instance, I hope the fish is in a quarantine tank.
Do a very large water change every 2 days. In the meantime, get yourself some Maracyn Two for Saltwater fishes and have it standing by. The eye and fin condition is often associated with a minor bacterial infection. The water changes should help the fish get through this, but if the fish can't you'll need to treat the fish in a quarantine tank, with the above mentioned antibiotic. If both eyes turn cloudy or if the fins deteriorate more, proceed with the antibiotic treatment.
