With the DSB and LR the swimming space will be significantly reduced. This makes this tank unsuitable for Tangs and Rabbitfish, IMHO. The Rabbitfish should, if fed properly, grow about 1.5 inches per year and needs a swimming length of no less than 6 feet, starting off with the standard 125.
After the above consideration, the choices are large and totally up to you. Can't predict what you will or will not enjoy. Puffers do like crustaceans and snails, unless you get one that has a different disposition.
Although there are a few Puffers that remain fairly small, this tank is marginal for their proper keeping. I would prefer a 90 without a DSB in the main display for the small Puffers.
