I have a 150 gallon aquarium, lost some fish due to a parasite I believe is amyloodinium. I have 50 lbs +/- live rock and 80 lbs. lace rock. All I have left are 3 small damsels, small percula, red coris wrasse, and medium bursa trigger. I am using the correct dosage, my starfish, decorator crab and snails are tolerating the chemical. It seems if the inverts are living it is not being very effective against the parasites in any stage of the life cycle. What next? APpreciate any help out there. Oh yeah I have been dosing the marine-aid as this is the beginning of the third day.

If the disease is in fact Marine Velvet (Amyloodinium ocellatum) then there is one way forward:

Remove all fish and treat them with a copper treatment medication in a separate hospital tank. Let tank go fishless (other marine life is okay to leave in the marine system) for no less than 8 weeks.

Thanks for the response, I have been reading almost everything I can find with your tag on it. Unfortunately it came after I started losing fish. I will follow the advice and read the links provided. I have read the myths and facts concerning MI and Amyloodinium. Great Stuff Looking forward to learning more! Once again thanks.
