60G or 75G FOWLR Stocking List Help

Hello All. In the near future i will be purchasing either a 60G or 75G tank. I can't really go any bigger due to space restrictions in my house. Anyway, here is my wish list for fish that i really like. I know i cannot have all of these in my tank, but i would really like to hear from people with experience with these fish to let me know how they are to keep.
    Here goes nothing...

    -Regal Tang
    -Lemonpeel Angel
    -Copperband Butterfly
    -Longnose Hawkfish
    -Green Chromis...a few probably
    -Yellow Tail Damsel

Also currently i have 2 false percs and a watchman Goby that will be transferred into this tank

There are two reason NOT to include the "Regal Tang" (Paracanthurus hepatus).

    1. The tank is too short. Best to use a display tank that is at least 6 feet long UNLESS the fish is about 1 inch or less in size. Then when the fish reaches about 2.5" it is time to move it into the 6 foot tank.

    2. The fish will grow to the 'moving size' in about 18 to 24 months when properly nourished and fed. Most hobbyists won't do #1. so don't start off with a fish that isn't going to be housed properly.

Good to know. The Lemonpeel or the copperband should be ok though?
Any other fish that you can suggest for a nice peaceful aquarium?
Do you think the damsel will pick on anyone, cause i can do without him.
    Thanks for the input.

The Yellowtail Damsel is known for being a bit of a scrappy fish. It should be okay in the group if you add it last. If it has problems, it most likely will take it out on the Chromis. But with enough/many of the Chromis (5+) the Damsel should spread its attitude around and not concentrate on any particular fish.
