Saltwater Newb

Hi guys!

I need advice on what to do.

I have a 55g. Took sand from the beach. Placed some driftwood. Filled and got everything setup. About 3 days later i threw 2 damsels in there. Later i didnt like the driftwood so i took it off and placed some rocks in there. Then i threw in there 2 clownfish and a blue velvet damsel. Will changing the rocks mess up my water. Should i just leave it alone and wait for it to finish cycling?

Please point out any mistakes and advice.

WELCOME TO REEFLAND!

The primary mistake is not knowing how to start a marine aquarium. The next is the impatience taken to do it right. The things done wrong are too numerous to list. Read this post on how to begin a new aquarium and find all the things you did wrong, or failed to do properly: Setting Up a FOWLR Aquarium

Please stop 'throwing fish' anywhere.

I hope you'll stay in the hobby and come to enjoy it, but please go slowly and learn all you need to know on how to do it properly.
