I'm unsure which fish it is, you're referring to. Is it that little (maybe 1.5 to 2. inches) fish, mostly red with the large black patch (I wouldn't call it a spot, too big for that word, I think)?

You are correct. I usually skip over ID questions. When I looked at the video, I realized that, with so many Angels, that it wasn't clear which one it was. With the clarification, someone should help out.

It appears to be an anemonefish (clownfish). It appears to be a color morph of Amphiprion ephippium. Be forewarned that if you google images of it, most of the images that claim to be A. ephippium are not.

The maximum size for that species is approximately 5". The coloration of the specimen in that tank is close to full adult coloration but not yet there. The pectoral fins and caudal fin of the specimen in that tank are yellow. Dr. Daphne Fautin describes the fins as being the same reddish-orange as the body coloration. However, in all other respects the specimen in that tank is a perfect match. Body shape, body coloration and black blotch all match up perfectly with A. ephippium. The size of the black blotch increases as the fish matures. It starts out about twice eye size and then grows until it covers most of the flank.

The fact that the pectoral fins and caudal fin are yellow could be just a local variation in color from the description given by Fautin or it could be just part of the subadult coloration. It's very difficult to find good pictures of this species online because more than half of the pictures identified as A. ephippium are not.

In this image the pectoral fins and the caudal fin are half yellow:

In this image the body coloration, reddish-orange, is blending into the pectoral fins and the caudal fin:

Here's another photo that appears to be of a subadult:

Stop the video at the five seconds point and you will get an exact match for the above picture.

The fish you are trying to ID is a Amphiprion ephippium. Also known as the fireball clown. Found in Eastern Indian Ocean: Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Thailand, Malaysia, and Java and Sumatra in Indonesia.

The tank is absurdly small, even for an LFS holding tank, for that many fish. According to Babel Fish, the Chinese 海水魚 just above the YouTube video translates as "sea water fish."

There are three other videos posted by krorabs:

阿華 海水缸 (Arab League China's sea water jar)

阿華 海水缸-王子的新衣 (Arab League Chinese sea water jar - prince's new clothes)

    海水魚 (Sea water fish).

He (or she) has two videos with the same title 海水魚 (Sea water fish), the one originally linked in this thread and the last one linked above, but they are entirely different. The one that is the third link in this post is of a solitary adult Queen Angelfish.

krorabs is 28 years old and lives in Taiwan. He or she has been a member of YouTube since October 10, 2008. He or she definitely works at or owns an LFS in Taiwan.
