Hello folks, I'm looking for a bit of help with planning out the stocking list for my first FOWLR. The tank itself is a 65 gallon (36Lx18Wx24T) as it was the largest aquarium i can fit into the space my wife's willing to let me use in the living room. =P I'm planning on purchasing somewhere around 100# of live rock or filling around 3/4ths of the tank depending on what the live rock fariy delivers. I'm trying to stick with small mostly reef safe fish
So far the species i'm interested in are:
Yellowhead Jawfish - Opistognathus aurifrons
Yellow Watchman Goby - Cryptocentrus cinctus
Hi Fin Red Banded Goby - Stonogobiops nematodes (alternate choice)
Tangaroa Goby - Ctenogobiops tangaroai (alternate choice)
Green Clown Goby - Gobiodon atrangulatus
Firefish - Nemateleotris magnifica
Firefish, Purple - Nemateleotris decora (alternate choice)
Blue Assessor - Assessor macneilli
My LFS keeps recomending the blue/green chromis but i just don't like them that much does anyone have any other recomendations for some "schooling" fish that can add a little extra interest to the tank?
Thanks for the time guys, i look forword to any sugestions from you. (oh, i've done my best to read most of Lee's guides on this forum, but i still feel the need to tap directly into y'all experience rather than just hope I understood right.)
