Can I put aged saltwater in my tank? Lets say i go to the fish store and get enough water for 2 weeks, make the water change, and leave the remainder with an air pump in it till the next week?

Yes, i actually asked that same question a while back haha. Theres absolutely no problem with it. so long as it doesnt get stagnant
Keep a lid on it so that dust and dirt doesn't get in. Don't make it a air-tight lid. Do not keep mixing it, nor should you use an airstone. Air will change the water quality AND encourage microbial growth.

so i can just leave the water covered up, and not keep it circulated with an pump?
Yes. Just keep it out of the light or in containers that don't let light in. It will remain 'good' for a couple of weeks.

Isn't it a bad idea to use fish store water? I know in fresh water the practice is to adjust the fish by adding water to it's bag, then dumping over a net and plopping only the fish in, not the water, in order to try and protect your tank from diseases at the fish store. Does the same go for salt water tanks?
i think you misunderstood the question, the question is about keeping the fresh saltwater you buy from the fish store for long periods before using it to change your water.
ah okay. I was unaware it was available to be bought, and I'm still exploring local stores. sorry.
