WELCOME TO REEFLAND!
Unfortunately, the longer a fish continues to eat one food, the more they become focused on it. There are fish in the sea that tend to gravitate to a single diet, but in captivity this is not a good idea. Obviously, the Eel will die if not given the proper nutrition and that isn't obtained from the food being provided.
First be sure to at least add vitamins and fat supplements to the food. I would also recommend spreading out the fishes. They are over crowding that tank, without much room to grow. The Tangs, when over 3" long should be in a 6-foot long tank, like a 125 or 180.
