WELCOME TO REEFLAND!
Many people do like the aggressive marine fishes, but the down side is that most of them need a lot of space. A 75 gallon is possible, but really, no really large fish will go in that sized aquarium. And then, maybe only one or two of the medium sized ones.
Do you know that the Porcupine Puffer (Diodon holocanthus) grows to over 20" in captivity? The minimum size tank that fish belongs in would be a 125 gallon (six feet long) AND then the fish would need to be in there, alone.
You need to size the aquarium to the ultimate size of the fish you want to buy OR you need to decide on what your aquarium size limit is and get fish that work in that size aquarium.
I'm not a source to go through all your fish selections like the Puffer. However, you should get online, get some books, and look around and find out how large these fish get so you know or better understand the size of aquarium they need.
There are Puffers that remain small (if you like Puffers), there are dwarf Lionfishes, too. So you want to get out there and learn more. When it comes time to set up your aquarium or even after you have it running, we are here to help you with your questions.
Good luck!
And for starting out a new aquarium, you definitely want to read AND follow this guide: Setting Up a FOWLR Aquarium, to give you an idea of what you'll need to buy and do.
