I have never seen them together. So I can only 'guess.' The Snowflake Eel usually doesn't exceed 2 feet in captivity. But the Moray grows very large. Essentially, the Moray will eat other Eels. So my best guess is that at some point, the Snowflake will become a meal for the Moray. But this is only a guess.

I have managed a 180 gallon tank that had one 15" Snowflake, and 20-24" common Moray, and a 24-30" Zebra...they all got along fine.
They were in the tank for over three years....the client sold his house and the new owners did not renew the maintenance contract, so i don't know how they are doing now (two years later). But from my "personal experience", they did fine. There only other animals in the tank was a Cortez Angel...and the tank had 150 pounds of live rock with lots of caves. Each eel seemed to have its own spot.
I swim with them, eat them, catch them, care for them, but never get tired of "them"....
Zebra Morray's typically eat crustaceans like shrimp etc. In the wild both Snowflakes adn Zebra Morrays are pretty docile as far as morray's go. So if your aquarium is large enough to house both of them when they reach full size, I don't believe there will be much trouble keeping both.
