Curing Fish of Marine Ich
Another thing is that i don't actually that this is Ich. I asked my friend and he told me that is Ich, but i don't know if he actually knows what it is. So i first spotted it on my live rock in my tank and then when i was looking more closely to the water a week after a water change and there looked to be something floating in the water and i thought that it was salt. Then about 2 weeks later i saw it was still there and i started noticing white spots on my fish. And now my McCosker Flasher Wrasse is down at the bottom and so is my Clown she was just lying there, which is weird for both of them, because my clown is usually swimming around and I never saw her sleeping. And my McCosker Flasher Wrasse is usually swimming around my tank and he's been like that for about a 2 days. So I don't know it sounds like Ich, but i don't want to do a Hyposalinity Treatment if i don't have Ich.
I don't understand. You're not sure, but you're doing nothing? Be sure.
You were given that link which helps you in this area -- diagnosis. Read it.
Look for photos of fish on the Internet that have Marine Ich. Although most are heavily infected, you'll get to see what the spots look like.
If it is Marine Ich, then proceed -- also as given in that post, the link to which you were given above, and below in this post:
Curing Fish of Marine Ich
After determining if it is or isn't Marine Ich, which should take you less than 30 minutes, if you decide it is not Marine Ich, then we can't help you without a lot more information AND photos of the living, but ill fishes. Photos need to be up close and clear.
Stuff floating doesn't sound like salt. That wouldn't make sense. More likely it is some kind of contaminant, which raises questions about your water quality. We would need information about that, too.
Providing the following information would help regarding both the possible disease and water quality matters, skipping those you've already given info about:
How old is your tank? When did it originally cycle?
What is the size (dimensions and gallonage) of your aquarium? Does the gallonage include the volume from the sump and any refugium?
Do you use carbon, skimmer, mechanical or other chemical filtration? List all along with their maintenance.
Do you have live rock in the system? How many pounds or amount and where is it put?
Other than live rock hitchhikers, list all marine life & sizes in the tank (fish, inverts, corals, clams, snails, crabs, shrimp, etc.).
Do you use a quarantine tank and procedure?
Foods you use and feeding schedules.
How long have you had this fish? If the fish was recently acquired (6 weeks or less), two more questions: Did you treat it or give it a dip before it went into the aquarium? How did you acclimate it – what procedure?
Do you use any vitamins? Fat additives? Any elemental or other additives? Please list all.
Chemistries – Do you test for Phosphate, alkalinity, calcium and magnesium? Please give actual current numbers for everything. I would like test kit test results, not dip stick results and actual numbers even if you think all is fine/okay. Have these numbers been changing lately?
Water parameters – please give actual numbers (pH and your pH range, salinity or sp. gr. & range, temperature range)
Do you see any of the following in your system: hair algae; micro algae; cyanobacteria growths (red slime algae); dinoflagellate (zooxanthellae) growths; brown algae; diatom growth; slimes; off-colored patches on rock or substrate that are not coralline; etc.?
Water changes (how much and how often).
What is your source water? (Tap water, RO water, DI water, RO/DI, distilled, etc.)
List what you added or taken out of your aquarium system (living, decorations, and equipment) during the past 6 weeks.
Maintenance schedule. What have you done lately?
I will say this. I would not be surprised if you have water quality problems. For a 28 gallon tank, there should be no more than about 2 fishes in there and then, their adult full grown size should be no more than about 4 to 5 inches. That is, your tank is over stocked which just makes for more stress on the fish you have.
In short, you may be following or getting poor advice on your aquarium. We're here to help, but it may be difficult to straighten everything out.

Well thanks i guess? I mean i came home and my Rainford's Goby( I had just bought him like three days ago, kinda confusing) and my Thornback Cowfish( Another fish i had just bought). And my clown died but my other three McCosker's Flasher Wrasses survived( they were some of my oldest fish) so im kinda confused. But anyway i spend my whole afternoon-evening going though the live sand in my tank. And i could only find my Clown but, not my Rainford's Goby and Thornback Cowfish in my tank.( Vanishing Fish????????). But anyway I am very confused, so thanks anyway.
