Slow down on the water changes. Your fish are fairly more tolerant to nitrites than most of the other marine fishes. Do a large water change every 4 days until nitrites read below 0.2 ppm, then return water changes to a regular 'normal' schedule. Make sure you're testing with a nitrite test kit (not strips).
Make no changes to the system - no additions or changes to equipment - until nitrites are reading zero or 'none detected.'
