protein separator on orca aquarium TL-450

my protein separator stopped working.i have checked and cleaned pump-all ok.there is power going to it as the blue light within it lights up.i have blown through the pipe that controls the air intake-all ok.any idea why it still does not work.cheers-pete

Best to contact the manufacturer or maybe the place it was purchased to get guidance. Many manufacturers have e-mail or web access.

Be sure you have verified it has a high enough flow rate for your system. That is explained in this post: What is Water Quality.
