Adjusting salinity question.

Hi guys, I have just set up a 100 gallon salt tank, its going to be a fowlr. I added the salt on saturday, tested it a minute ago, and my SG is 1.019. My question is, how do I work out how much more salt to add to get to 1.025?

There are, in fact, calculators on the Internet you can find and get your answers from. However, in reality, just add a pound and see what change it makes and then make another addition to get it where you want. Even if you overdose it, take some water out and add RO/DI back in and save the water taken out for a water change later.
