About LinkBacksMy 'live' rock does not contain any worms or pods. Do I have to have them in my aquarium?

No. But you should be realistic about it -- you don't have 'live rock.' There are many aquariums setup like this. You might want to read up more about live rock: What is Live Rock, Anyway?
