I've been using Rod's orginal recipe for several months now, it is good for all fish and corals, I've been real pleased with the results I see, it comes in frozen slabs, you just break off what you need, I thaw mine in ro/di water. Have seen excellent growth in my hammer frag, and some real nice coloring up in my 2 fish, give it a try.
