Is my tank overstocked?

I have a 150g FOWLR with 110# of LR, sump, refugium, skimmer, and livestock is 1 honeycomb grouper, 1 male bird wrasse, 1 blonde naso tang, 1 snowlfake eel, and 1 niger triggerfish, 10 hermit crabs, 2 turbo snails, and 2 cleaner shrimp. Is my tank overstocked? They are all babies right now, all uner 6", but will I be able to keep them for their entire lives?

Grouper length as an adult. 12"
Bird Wrasse length- 11"
Blonde Naso Tang- 18"
Niger Trigger- 12"
One question though. Is your tank 6' or 4'? If its 6' across, the Naso will not do good in that confined area once he's bigger. The others should be ok in there.

As these fishes approach their adult phase, they will require a 240 or 300 gallon tank. They will be overstocked in the 150. You want to review this post: Fish Stocking Limit - for FO and FOWLR
