Looks like some sort of LPS. Can't make it out positive, but it looks as if it has a hard base. A hard coral. Large Poylp Stony Coral

No, doesn't look like a polyp. Its a stony coral. Frogspawn....hmm, not really. Can't really tell. With him closed up like that he looks like quite a few things.
