Scarlet skunk cleaner shrimp and peppermint not coming out to EAT?

I just fully cycled a 100g reef tank with 100lbs live rock and 3in of live sand.
I got a peppermint and scarlet skunk cleaner shrimp 2 days ago and i really havent seen them eat.
the peppermint shrimp likes to move around and swim around the tank, literally. then he stops and hides in a cave.
the skunk cleaner shrimp has been sitting upside down, under a rock, not moving, and not eating anything. (i know he is alive, he cleans himself alot)
when i put frozen mysis shrimp (even in front of their faces) in the tank, both just sit and hide under rocks!
i just found out that my skunk cleaner shrimp molted, would that be a reason why it is so stationary?
but even after i found his exoskelton, i put food into the tank, he didnt eat.
I am pretty sure the peppermint shrimp scavenges but he doesnt eat directly from the food i put in the tank.
I also got 3green chromis and 2 purple? chromis and all five eat healthily.
It is just the shrimp that im worried about
(water levels are tested and perfect!)

OH and while im here asking experienced owners, would a double 120watt LED UV emitting light be good for my 100 gallon hard/soft coral reef tank? too much? or just right?

The shrimp are scavengers. They look for food all day, pick off the rocks. Yes, they are not going much of anywhere for a breif period after molting, their new skin needs to harden, but I don't believe its long, as in 24hrs.
120w double unit, as in 2 120w LED's? So a total of 240w of LED? If that is the case, your all set in a 100g tank for your corals.

    ClownieTang,

You've posted in the (Fish-Only) Forum on Reefland. For reef keepers to participate in your reef tank questions, you want to post in the Reef Forum. There will likely be more people in that Forum which own Reef Tanks. Here, the systems we generally address are for maintaining marine fishes and not so much corals and non-mobile invertebrates. Good luck!

I might move someone's original post, and possibly even a thread, but only if requested by the poster. Poster has their rights first to post where they want.
