I need some opinions here.....I have a 90 gal FO tank, live rock and DSB. Right now, I have a lionfish (6-7") , nasso tang (6"), niger trigger (4"), and a snowflake eel (8"), in there. Is this a good number for this size tank, too much, too little?? I probably won't add much more so I can leave room for growing (especially the lion and eel). I keep the water clean, and have a Little Giant pump, so the water moves really good. They all are doing fine now. Thanks!!

Sounds like what you have is good and I wouldnt put any more in there. Like you said with the growing of the fish your tank will probably get crouded over next the year with the tang and lion and ell.
Do to the lion and ell you are limited to larger fish and you really dont have the room for any bigger fish so I would leave it as is. |

I'm in full agreement with the other guys. Look into ways of improving the visual quality of your tank as your biolode is good.

Thanks for the help, for once I was right!!! hahaha
Yes, I do have a skimmer (a must have!!!!) I wish I could put in a bigger tank. My tank was put on a dividing wall in a rooom, it divides my dining andliving rooms, looks cool. I am trying to find ways to make it look better. I tried some small Florida condalacus (sp?), anenome looking things, but they kept getting the urge to float around the tank instead of staying attached to the rocks, so they eventually got sucked out the overflow and down into the w/d filter. Thanks again. ![]() |

I agree with everyone else, too. That Naso will feel cramped pretty soon as well.
