Eiblii mimic tang

I just purchased one, he is a very pretty fish. I have read that this fish only mimics the Eiblii's angelfish in the juvenile stage. So I guess when this fish matures will he loose this very beautiful coloration he has now? He is a very nice fish does not bother anything, I have had him for about a week and a half. Very healthy and loves to eat!
Thanks
