Picasso with puffy cheek

I just noticed it today, it wasn't there (or at least not visible) yesterday. His cheek looks puffy, like a chipmunk with food in there. He still eats like a pig, swims normally, etc.

What could it be?

Thanks,

Scott

ScottC ,long time ago i had a picasso with the same problem.it appeared to have had a piece of gravel stuck in it's jaw,,seem to remember it finally got dis-lodged..could be gravel,or possibly some foreign matter in it's mouth. i remember in my early days of having a piece of sea fan skeleton in my tank, and watched my queen angel nip a piece if it off,,needless to say i removed the sea fan right away..something to think about,,,,good luck
