Looks like you have things in order. I know you know that you'll need a heater. I used the Bakpakr2 on my 55 for about three years and it did okay but thinking back I might have went bigger but it should do OK with a 35. It's rated for about 65 gals.
I don't know anything about the Aquaclear filter. I have used a skilter and a couple whispers on a few of my tanks. Clean up crew- I went with turbo and cerith snails. Redlegs and Black/whites hermits. The smaller B/W's didn't seem to be too tough. I also mixed some reef rock with my liverock. Didn't take long before you couldn't tell the difference. Right now I have about 40 lbs of "dead" rock in my tank that is now starting to show life. Also, have you figured out what kind of livestock you're going with . |
