    55g fowlr

What would you guys suggest for a tank that size and be a fish only?
I know it is a smallish tank, but when i went to the pet store one of the employee's actually put a 69 dollar sale ticket on this tank, an all glass 55 with built in overflow, normally 159.95, so i couldnt really pass it up. also my headboard is made for a 55!
    Any suggestions?

If this is your first time, I guess a 55 is pretty good.. For me I thought a 55 was my dream, but after a while.. its small...

I set mines up to be semi-reef. ;)
    2-percs
    1-firefish
1-wrasse _ soon to come.. good luck.

For a 55 you have a large selection of smaller fish to choose from.
Most any of the hawk fish.
Pretty much all of the gobys
    All of the dwarf angles
    Blennies

    I would go with a
    Flame Hawk
Coral beauty or Flame back angle DWARF ANGLES
    Bi-color blennie
    Orcid dottyback(Fridmanti)
and a neon goby for cleaning the fish

These all stay pretty small with the coral beauty getting the biggest and should all get along pretty well with out over clouding the tank.

    I have a 50 FOWLR set up with a
Long nose butterfly (it is about 4" but will get to big for 50 soon)
    Orchid dottyback
    Small niger trigger
Neon goby always cleaning the other fish
    Midas blennie

naa, its not my first time, i was looking for other ideas and opinions, yeah i dont much like 55's for salt, but my headboard requires it, the price was right, and if im gonna set up and deal with another tank, it aint gonna be full of guppies, lol.
My girl wants a puffer, which is the best to get as far as easier, to keep and stay somewhat smallish?

You could put some small triggers in there, a niger, picasso, maybe a blue throat... It'll take awhile for them to get decent size... and they'll be pretty peaceful, especially the niger.
Say somethin you know they might attack you for.
