Niger and Picasso together would be fine together... try to get a larger niger than picasso. The Nigers are less aggressive than the Picasso. I think Angels get fairly large.. eventually too large for an 80 gal? Percula I think should be fine.
hey if anyone could help me find out what kind of fish i can put in my tank its a 80 gallon FOWLR and i have made a list of my top choices
emperor angel(i know this fish would be to big for my tank but a beautiful fish tough)
Majestic angel
Flame angel
rock beauty
false percula
hippo tang
purple tang
picasso trigger
niger trigger
maroon clown
long nose butterflye
banded butterfly(i think that is his name)

Say somethin you know they might attack you for.
emperor angel(i know this fish would be to big for my tank but a beautiful fish tough) Need double size tank for this
Majestic angel To big for tank
Flame angel WOuld be good
rock beauty Would be good
false percula A pair would be nice
hippo tang Fine for a while
purple tang FIne
picasso trigger Good
niger trigger Good
maroon clown Pair would be really nice
long nose butterflye
banded butterfly(i think that is his name) Would be good
I'd stay away from the Rock Beauty. Very difficult to keep alive long term. Many of them just seem to die suddenly.
It aint' pretty being easy.
do you think this would work
hippo+picasso+maroons
or
hippo+percula+flame+picasso
or
hippo+percula+flame+purple tang
Any of those combos would be fine. Don't mix maroons with any other clowns, which I see you didn't plan to do. I'd go with the hippo-perc-flame-picasso. Getting a mated pair of maroons could be a little tricky, and getting two maroons and trying to mate them is even trickier. Flame is a good choice, they are hardy and not shy.
The road to hell is paved with good intentions, but it's the thought that counts.
for a beginner i would suggest the following;
picasso
niger (never had luck with these)
maroon clown
all others listed either grow to large/active or difficult.
good luck
;)
