clown has a sore

One of my new ocellaris has a sore on his side, how should I treat him. He's still eating but not with the usual gusto.

I have used stress coat in the past to treat both fresh and saltwater fish. If you could add some, although your protien skimmer will go nuts. If it looks like a growth, Kent's RXP will irratate the fish causing it produce more slime than usual, making it slough off the growth, works well with ich. Just some thoughts. HTH
